Actually, its real name is Keltepe (Bald Hill) but due to the heavy snow its name has changed (Kartepe means Snow Hill). You can experience snowboarding and skiing in ski resort that recently opened in Kartepe. You can also discover Maşukiye with ATVs in summer. You should visit gardens to taste fresh vegetables and fruits especially at the cherry season.
